Grundfos places the highest importance on handling your personal data with respect and confidentiality. Accordingly, Grundfos adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations. This policy applies to Grundfos ASP Homepage Construction Kit (hereinafter referred to as “HPCK”).

What personal data do we collect and for which purposes?

You agree that Grundfos may collect your full name, address details, contact details, username and email address (hereinafter “Personal Data”) when registering for the Grundfos ASP HPCK. Grundfos is using the Personal Data for the purpose of providing the Grundfos ASP HPCK services to you. Further, your specified username will be made public as part of the web address and your email address is used to send you notifications.

Further, when you visit a website created by Grundfos ASP HPCK, either your own website, or websites of other user), the server automatically saves the information that your browser sends whenever you visit this site. In particular Grundfos and IDSM team members are authorized to access the administrative section (CMS) of your website if required to deliver the Grundfos ASP HIPK services to you, i.e. when fulfilling customer service requests and tracking errors. In such cases, they are able to view all parts of your webpage, including all password-protected areas. If you are a EU citizen, your Personal Data will be kept within the EU as your Personal Data will be stored on servers in the EU and will be processed in the EU. If you are a citizen outside of EU, you hereby agree, that your Personal data is transferred across EU boarders to and from your country for the purposes mentioned above.

You have the right to inquire about the information that Grundfos has recorded about you and to object to recorded information. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to have the information corrected or deleted.
